YS Associates are currently appointed to undertake full Project Co-ordination, Cost Management and Contract Administration Services. The scheme involves the conversion of offices into 37 luxury self-contained residential flats.

Logistically this scheme is complex due to a number of reasons. The ground floor is occupied by various retailers and these businesses must remain in operation whilst the works are undertaken above.
