YS Associates are currently appointed to undertake full Project Co-ordination, Cost Management and Contract Administration Services. The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment works under the agreed Property Improvement Plan to convert the brand from a Hilton International to a Hilton Hotel. The works range in nature and scope therefore requiring a tailored approach.
