YS Associates are currently appointed to undertake full Project Co-ordination, Cost Management and Contract Administration Services. The scheme involves a two storey extension to the existing Hilton Hotel to provide an additional 7,000sf. At ground level, a shell and core unit will be built and at first floor, the existing banqueting suite will be extended to increase the capacity and form a 600 person venue. There will be alterations required to the existing Playground Nightclub.

The development will involve complete co-ordination with Liverpool One, Hilton and Playground Nightclub owners, making it highly complex. There is also the added complexity of accommodating the requirements of the retailer.

As expected the site is surrounded by local businesses and residence meaning communication has to be of high priority.
