YS Associates were appointed to undertake full Project Co-ordination, Cost Management and Contract Administration Services . The scheme involved the a high end fit out of an existing 3,500sf shell and core unit into a private members nightclub. The unit was part of the Liverpool Hilton Hotel and thus had its complications.

Logistically this scheme was complex due to a number of reasons. The Hotel was in operation and whilst the scheme was to fit out an existing shell and core unit within the Hotel, the owners wanted to gain additional space by acquiring part of the existing Hotel restaurant. This involved not only demolition works but also reconfiguration of the back of house areas to accommodate the changes being made.

All this was to take place whilst the Hotel was in operation and thus breakfast, lunch and dinner had to be maintained during these works and remain at the highest level so not to cause discomfort to existing Hotel guests. 

The project programme was 10 weeks
