YS Associates have been appointed to undertake full Project Co-ordination, Cost Management and Contract Administration Services. The scheme involves internal alterations to relocate gymnasium and for 5Nr. new en-suite guest bedrooms.

The works will be undertaken whilst the Hotel remains in operation.

The project programme is 14 weeks
