YS Associates are currently appointed to undertake full Project Co-ordination, Cost Management and Contract Administration Services. The scheme involves the addition of a 3,000sf external canopy to create a new sushi and shisha lounge. The works include the introduction of a kitchen area and dedicated external staircase.
