YS Associates were appointed to undertake full Cost Management and Contract Administration Services. The scheme involved the conversion of a 10,500sf office building into three high end luxury residential duplex apartments.
The scheme was split into two phases; Phase One involved the enabling works; demolition / strip out (including all floors), structural works and the installation of new floors. Phase two the fit out works.
The project programme was 64 weeks
