YS Associates were appointed to undertake full Project Co-ordination, Cost Management and Contract Administration Services. The scheme involved the conversion of an existing basement to 3rd floor 5,600sf building into 5 residential flats, 1 penthouse residential apartment and ground floor and basement commercial space. The proposals included for a new 4th floor mansard roof extension and dedicated lift serving the private residence.

Logistically this scheme was complex due to a number of reasons. The site location and access to the site were extremely tight, the development is surrounded by local businesses and residence meaning communication was of high priority. The Scheme was shortlisted for a BREEAM Award 2015
