YS Associates were appointed to undertake full Project Co-ordination, Cost Management and Contract Administration Services. The scheme involved a new build block attached to an existing residential block to introduce 6 new residential flats.

The scheme was undertaken in two phases. Phase 1 was procured via a Main Contractor to undertake building the shell of the building plus the associated works in bringing in new incoming utilities. Phase 2 will be procured via the Clients own Main Contractor to undertake the remaining fit out works.

The project programme was 20 weeks
